Working Family Payment is only for employees. Self-employment and jobseeker schemes do not count towards the hours.
The income limit is net: after tax, PRSI, USC and pension. Payment is fixed for 52 weeks even if your income changes.

One-Parent Family Payment

This payment is for a parent who is parenting alone and not cohabiting.
Earnings up to €165 a week are ignored, then half the balance is assessed as means.

Disability Allowance

Disability Allowance is for a disability or illness expected to last at least a year that substantially restricts work.
The first €50,000 of capital and savings is ignored for Disability Allowance.

Illness Benefit is for people who cannot work because of a short-term illness and are not getting another payment for it.
Illness Benefit is not means tested. The rate is set by your earnings in the governing tax year, not your income now.

The State Pension is paid from age 66. You can defer it to age 70 for a higher rate.
The rate here uses the Total Contributions Approach: your contributions divided by 2,080 (40 years) for the full rate.

The State Pension (Non-Contributory) is a means-tested pension from age 66.
The first €30 a week of means is ignored. Employment earnings up to €200 a week are also disregarded.

Child Benefit is not means tested and not taxable. Twins are paid at one and a half times, triplets and more at double.

The fuel season runs for 28 weeks from late September to April. It is not paid over the summer.
